Jason Castro. Orioles exemplary deal for Japan's Uehara Yesterday.

An eight-time Japanese All-Star, Uehara has a trade time of 112-62 with a 3.01 earned flood undistinguished and has controlled a pair of Sawamura Awards -- the Japanese of a piece to MLB's Cy Young. He also earned the Nippon Professional Baseball side of the Rookie of the Year presentation and is unbeaten in intercontinental competition. Uehara at ease a set of two of wins in Japan's championship reward in the inaugural World Baseball Classic and helped Japan to both a bronze in the 2004 Olympic Games and a fourth-place winding up in the 2008 Beijing Games.

The Orioles are smart-aleck off the deceased December signing of lefty Mark Hendrickson, who they also believe as someone to fill up a 2009 rotation spot.
