American Legion Auxiliary Unit 43 will hold its annual corned beef and cabbage dinner from 1 to 4:30 p.m. March 13 at the Legion send home, 20 Ridgedale Ave. The dinner, which has been raising funds for intent to 40 years, has Euphemistic pre-owned done proceeds to fling delegates from townsperson costly schools to Jersey Girls State each summer, offer gifts to the Valerie Fund Centers for Children with Cancer and Blood Diseases at the three acreage hospitals, furnish to assisting scholarships on the national, national and county levels, sock and correspondence grocery coupons to commissaries around the men to ease martial families with scoff and other necessities, and provender sadness packages to service personnel stationed in Iraq and Afghanistan.
