Rahm Emanuel takes the reins as Chicago mayor: 'Old problems mewl out for better results' Tomorrow.

Mr Emanuel discharged as President Barack Obama’s choicest helper to come back to Chicago to yard for mayor. Mr Emanuel made a talk filled with optimism for the future, but stressing the penury for transformation and some of the earnestly decisions needed to get there. He said: 'Old problems war cry out for better results.



This morning, we devise behind the antediluvian ways and prior divisions and begin a new time for Chicago. 'I am proud to dispose a city united in common reason and driven by a common thirst for change. To do that, we must or front on the truth.
