Responding to complaints of narcotize dealing and violence, East Palo Alto regulate searched an Illinois Street haven and arrested three men Thursday, including the fellow-creature of a gentleman gunned down in the same neighborhood in month. Police served the scouring warrant at 254 Illinois with assist from the San Mateo County Narcotics Task Force, Drug Enforcement Agency and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, according to acting Capt.
